Phillip A. Karber

Dr. Phillip A. Karber is a Professor affiliated with the National Defense University's Center for Strategic Research. He holds a PhD in International Aviation Law from Georgetown University and advanced certifications from Harvard’s Kennedy School and Wharton & Harvard Business Schools. His career spans roles as a Strategy Advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Defense, director of critical national security studies, and leader of large-scale military exercises like Proud Prophet. He has advised NATO, British Prime Minister Thatcher, and Ford Motor Company during the Cold War.
