Philippe Zarlowski

Philippe Zarlowski is a Professor at ESCP Business School, specializing in Performance Measurement & Management. He serves as Associate Dean for MSc programs and Scientific Director of the MSc in International Project Management. He teaches in the MBA, Executive MBA, doctoral program, and executive programs, emphasizing action learning methods. Previously, he held roles as Vice-Dean and Head of the Accounting and Control Department at ESSEC Business School, and was a visiting researcher at Pompeu Fabra University and Stanford University's SCANCOR. His research focuses on performance systems in policy and organizational contexts, supported by his leadership of the Deloitte Chair on Public Service and Managerial Performance (2013-2017) and co-editing Politiques et Management Public (2013-2018).

He advises public and private organizations such as BPI France, SNCF, and Groupama, designing executive training programs. Educated at ESCP Business School, Paris School of Economics, and Paris Dauphine University, he holds a doctorate in management and authorization to supervise doctoral research.
