Philippe Romanski

Philippe Romanski is a Lecturer at the University of Rouen Normandy, affiliated with the UFR Letters and Human Sciences. He is a member of the ERIAC (Équipe de Recherche Interdisciplinaire sur les Amériques et le Continent), an interdisciplinary research team focused on spaces, cultures, political dynamics, and linguistic approaches. His research interests span literary theory, philosophy, cultural studies, and comparative literature with emphasis on deconstruction, postmodern narratives, and interdisciplinary analysis.

As a scholar, he has coordinated several collective works including Ipseity and Alterity (2004) exploring intersubjectivity and Derrida from here, Derrida from there (2009), analyzing the philosopher's work. His editorial work includes translations and reviews of seminal texts in 20th-century literature. Recent publications focus on the poetics of deconstruction (Pre(-)texts, 2014) and interdisciplinary approaches to intersubjectivity. He actively participates in research networks like the Rouen School of Phenomenology and collaborates with international institutions on cultural and linguistic projects.
