Philippe Aghion

Philippe Aghion is a Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He specializes in Growth and Contract Theory and teaches courses including Contracts and Organisations (EC476) and Macroeconomics for Research Students (EC539). He holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University and is affiliated with the CEP Growth Research Programme and LSE Growth Commission.

His research investigates economic growth mechanisms and organizational contract structures, contributing significantly to macroeconomic policy frameworks.
