Prof. Philipp Schuster holds the Chair of ABWL and Finance at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Stuttgart since 2020. His research focuses on empirical capital markets, risk management, asset pricing, and blockchain applications in finance. He completed his PhD at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (2014) and habilitation (2019). He leads a DFG-funded research group on financial markets and frictions. His work appears in top journals like the Journal of Financial Economics and Review of Financial Studies.
