Dr. Philipp Horn is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at the University of Sheffield, UK. He holds a BA in Politics and Economics from the University of Mannheim, an MA in Development Studies from the University of Manchester, and a PhD in Planning (2015) from the University of Manchester.
- Research focus on inclusive urban development planning in the Global South
- Regional expertise in Latin America with Bolivian-Ecuadorian case studies
- Key methodological approaches: Interdisciplinary fieldwork, Participatory Planning, and Policy Analysis
His research agenda explores:
