Philipp Elliot-Wright

Professor Philipp Elliot-Wright is the Head of the School of Law at the University of West London, holding academic rank of Professor. He holds multiple qualifications including BA (Hons), MA, LLM, PhD, PGCertEd, and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). As a Barrister (NP), he combines legal practice with academic leadership.

His research focuses on legal regulation of firearms/explosives through Home Office/Health and Safety Executive consultations, judicial independence in England, and contemporary Chinese judiciary development. Currently, he emphasizes student analytics to enhance law student engagement and academic achievement.
