Philipp Arnold

Philipp Arnold serves as a Researcher at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) within the School of Social Sciences and Technology, Department of Governance, working at the Chair of Digital Law and Security under Professor Dr. Dirk Heckmann since February 2025.
