Philip Schulz is a doctoral candidate and research associate at the Collaborative Research Centre (CRC) 138 'Dynamics of Security' at Otto-Friedrich Universität Bamberg, focusing on subproject C06: 'Foreign trade securitization'. He holds an M.A. in Economic and Social History and Economics (2019–2022) and a B.A. in History, Economics, and German Studies (2015–2019), both from Philipps-Universität Marburg. His research interests span the history of European integration and corporate history post-1945. Current research explores 'Foreign Trade Securitization: The European Integration from the Perspective of Companies (1956-1990)'. He has organized workshops, including one on the conceptual history of 'Planwirtschaft' in Stadtallendorf. Previous roles include tutoring in Marburg’s International Undergraduate Program (2020) and student assistant positions at the Institute for Economic and Social History in Marburg (2016–2022).
