Philip Noonan is a Lecturer in Spanish at Boston University, based at 718 Commonwealth Ave., Room 305. His research focuses on the lecture as an art form in 1920s–30s Spain, particularly the work of Federico García Lorca, public speech as propaganda in early 20th-century Spain, and the role of anthologies in shaping literary canons, especially regarding the Generation of ‘27. Office hours for Fall 2024 are Tuesdays 10:00–11:00am, Wednesdays 2:00–3:00pm, and Fridays 9:00–10:00am.
