Philip M. Breedlove serves as a Distinguished Professor of the Practice at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, Georgia Institute of Technology, and sits on the Atlantic Council's Board of Directors. Previously, he retired from the U.S. Air Force as NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and Commander of U.S. European Command.
