Dr. Philip Choi is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Monash University's Eastern Health Clinical School. His expertise spans stroke medicine, neurology, and clinical trials, with a focus on thrombolytic therapies and emergency stroke care. He holds a PhD in Medicine from Flinders University (2024), focusing on acute ischaemic stroke assessment.
Key projects include leading a phase 3 trial evaluating Momelotinib for myelofibrosis and a longitudinal study on secondary cerebrovascular events post-TIA. He has authored over 70 publications, with recent work focusing on tenecteplase efficacy in minor strokes, tranexamic acid in intracerebral haemorrhage, and DOAC rapid testing protocols.
