Philip Baumgarner is an Academic Specialist and Assistant Director of the Child Development Laboratories at Michigan State University (MSU), overseeing operations on the East Lansing campus. He previously spent 19 years as a teacher at the University of Georgia Child Development Lab and served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association for the Education of Young Children.
