Phil Tomlinson is Professor of Industrial Strategy and Co-Director of the Centre for Governance, Regulation & Industrial Strategy (CGR&IS) at the University of Bath's School of Management. His research explores economic governance, innovation, regional development, and place-based industrial strategy, with over 135 publications in academic journals, books, and media outlets.
His research focuses on:
