Phil Bradley

Dr. Phil Bradley is a Professor at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (Public Health Sciences Division) and holds the Bob and Pat Herbold Computational Biology Endowed Chair. He is a leading computational and structural biologist focused on protein 3D structures, interactions, and de novo protein design. His work spans collaborations with the Herbold Computational Biology Program, Immunotherapy Integrated Research Center, and Translational Data Science Integrated Research Center.

Research Interests:

• Prediction of protein-DNA and protein-peptide interaction specificity
• Design of novel tandem protein architectures
• Development of algorithms for molecular modeling (Rosetta software package)
• T-cell receptor (TCR) interactions and immunological history decoding
