Phevos Kallitsis is an Associate Head (Academic) and Principal Lecturer (Learning and Teaching) at the School of Architecture, Art and Design, part of the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries at the University of Portsmouth. He holds a PhD from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), specializing in the representation of urban gentrification politics in horror films. His roles include teaching architecture, queer theory, interior design, and cinema studies.

His interdisciplinary work bridges architecture, media studies, and social science to explore how spaces reflect and shape societal structures.
