Phebe Brako-Owusu is an Adjunct Professor in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Antioch University, licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State and DC. She specializes in supporting immigrants, addressing work stress, trauma, and issues tied to immigrant identity, while pursuing her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Antioch University - Seattle.

Her research and practice focus on BIPOC Immigrant Mental Health and Transracial Adoption, with an emphasis on culturally responsive counseling frameworks.
