Petra Eszter Rácz-Putzer is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management and Organizational Sciences, University of Pécs, and serves as Head of the Sustainability Center within the Center for Applied Learning (CAL). She earned her MSc in Economics in 2009, completed her PhD in 2015, and holds certifications in accounting, mentoring, training, and business coaching.

Her research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its evolution into ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks, particularly in tourism and sustainability contexts. She teaches marketing calculations, responsible marketing, and CSR/ESG in both Hungarian and English-language undergraduate and master's programs.
Recent publications span the transition of CSR to ESG in tourism, marketing effectiveness metrics, and social entrepreneurship. She leads the Sustainability Center and contributes to the Faculty's ESG research group.
Professional roles include: Secretary of the Faculty's TDT (2012–present), Marketing Manager of CAL (2019–2024), and Head of the Sustainability Center (2022–present).
