Peter Thomas

Peter Thomas serves as inaugural Director of FORWARD, The RMIT Centre for Future Skills and Workforce Transformation, a Victorian government-funded center focused on workforce development, upskilling, and applied research collaboration. He leads a global team of over 60 industry fellows developing customer-centric, revenue-generating products and services across multiple sectors including transportation and government.

His research interests center on the evolving landscape of work, with particular expertise in:
