Peter Sweeney is an Adjunct Professor in the Civil & Environmental Engineering department at Manhattan University since 1995. A retired Architect-Engineer-Construction industry executive, he holds a Ph.D. from NYU's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and multiple advanced degrees in management, nuclear engineering, and electrical engineering.
