Peter Simonič

Peter Simonič is a full-time Professor at the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana. He teaches courses such as Anthropology of the Mediterranean, Applied Anthropology and Cultural Management, Ecological Anthropology, and Political Anthropology. His office hours are structured for both full-time and part-time students, with appointments held on Tuesdays and Mondays during respective semesters.

His research interests span Cultural Anthropology, Ethnology, and specialized areas including Applied Anthropology, Ecological Anthropology, and Anthropology of Law. He contributes to participatory research-action initiatives, such as disaster preparedness in European cities.
