Research interests include vitamin A metabolism, retinoic acid signaling pathways in the brain, and their implications for cognitive and neuroendocrine functions. His work also addresses public health myths, such as vitamin C's role in treating viral infections. Collaborative projects include investigating synthetic retinoids for neurodegenerative therapies and studying cannabinoid receptor mechanisms in motor disorders.
Publications span over 50 indexed articles, with a focus on retinoic acid's neuroprotective potential and vitamin metabolism. His Google Scholar profile highlights contributions to understanding retinoic acid's role in synaptic plasticity and neurodevelopmental disorders.
