Peter Lang

Peter Lang is a lecturer at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna since 1990, specializing in voice training. He concurrently serves as artistic director of Chor Curiositas and Chor und Orchester St. Stephan Tulln, with prior leadership of the Mozart Sängerknaben (1994–June 2025) and founder of the Amadeus Knabenchor Wien (now Mozart Knabenchor Wien).

His academic background includes Music Education and Instrumental Music Education with concentrations in singing and conducting from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

Lang's research centers on vocal pedagogy for children, choral techniques, and singing development. As a recognized expert in children's voices, he frequently lectures at specialized seminars, emphasizing practical applications in ensemble settings and vocal health for young singers. His work bridges academic instruction with professional choral leadership across multiple ensembles.
