Peter Herrlich

Peter Herrlich is a Professor of Molecular Biology and former Scientific Director Emeritus at the Leibniz Institute for Age Research - Fritz Lipmann Institute (FLI). He held the position of Scientific Director at the Leibniz Institute from 2003 to 2011 and was a Professor of Genetics at the University of Karlsruhe starting in 1977.

Research Focus: His work centers on cancer cell biology, cellular migration mechanisms, biomedical ageing research, and molecular pathways underlying age-related diseases.
