Peter Girguis

Peter Girguis is a Professor of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology at Harvard University. His research focuses on understanding the interplay between biological processes and geological systems, particularly in marine environments. He is affiliated with the Department of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology, where he investigates microbial life in extreme habitats and its implications for biogeochemical cycles.
