Ryan Bos

Ryan Bos is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology at Harvard University, affiliated with The Biological Laboratories and the Girguis Lab. His research focuses on marine microbiology, microplastic pollution, and deep-sea ecosystems. He investigates microbial interactions with marine organisms and the ecological impacts of microplastics across ocean depths.

His work spans topics such as the gut microbiomes of marine mammals, microbial colonization of plastics, and behavioral adaptations in deep-sea organisms.
