معرفی
Peter Bydlinski is a Professor at the Institute for Civil Law, Foreign and International Private Law within the Faculty of Law at the University of Graz. He has been actively contributing to academia since October 1999, with a focus on methodological issues and European/German private law, including corporate and company law. His co-edited KBB Commentary on the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) is widely used by academics and practitioners. He will retire from active membership on September 30, 2025.
