Professor Peter B. Oh is a W. Edward Sell Fellow and Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. His research focuses on corporate law, economic analysis of law, and veil-piercing, with significant contributions to securities law, business organizations, and legal empiricism. He advises the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and JD/MBA programs with Katz and Tepper Schools of Business. Notably, he received the Robert T.
