Peter B. Oh

Professor Peter B. Oh is a W. Edward Sell Fellow and Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. His research focuses on corporate law, economic analysis of law, and veil-piercing, with significant contributions to securities law, business organizations, and legal empiricism. He advises the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and JD/MBA programs with Katz and Tepper Schools of Business. Notably, he received the Robert T. Harper Excellence in Teaching Award twice (2016, 2022) and delivered keynotes at Queen Mary University of London and IPO regulation symposiums.
