Professor Pete Worsley holds the position of Professor of Assistive Technology and Tissue Health within the Health Sciences department at the University of Southampton. He co-leads the Skin Health research group and serves as deputy programme lead for the BSc and MSc Physiotherapy programmes, ranked among the UK's top programmes since 2018. His research focuses on skin and soft tissue health, bioengineering, and healthcare technologies, with a particular emphasis on pressure ulcer prevention and medical device innovation.
