Pete Gritton is an Instructor and Coach in the UK True Lean Program at the University of Kentucky. Previously, he served at Toyota for 22 years in various leadership roles, culminating as Vice President of Human Resources for Toyota Engineering and Manufacturing of North America. His expertise spans workforce engagement, organizational culture, and Lean manufacturing principles. He retired from Toyota in 2009 and now focuses on sharing his experience to support organizational transformations.
