Using mixed methods including ethnographic fieldwork and machine learning analysis, she investigates expertise reconfiguration, responsibility allocation, and the sociological dimensions of digital transformation in administrative contexts.
Recent publications explore machine learning's role in enacting administrative expertise and datafication processes, revealing how AI tools simultaneously constrain and enable professional discretion while altering organizational power structures in public services.
She supervises student projects in the Bachelor's Innovation and Digitalization program and Master's IT-management program, focusing on technology-organization interactions and emerging governance challenges.
