Penny Geyer is a Doctoral Lecturer at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY), specializing in Law, Police Science, and Criminal Justice Administration. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of New Haven (2022), with a focus on surveillance technology’s deterrent effects. Her academic career includes adjunct roles at the University of Hartford and the University of New Haven, where she taught forensic science, criminal behavior, and criminal justice courses.
