Pedro García García is an Associate Professor at the University of León, affiliated with the Faculty of Biological and Environmental Sciences and the Department of Molecular Biology. His research focuses on plant genetics, genomics, transcriptomics, and vegetation pathology.
He earned his PhD from the University of León in 1988, supervised by Dr. Marcelino Pérez de la Vega, with a dissertation analyzing the genetic structure of Spanish populations of Avena Barbata Pott ex Link.
