Paweł Możejko

Dr. Paweł Możejko is a Gdańsk University of Technology Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics, and Head of the Department of Electron Collision Physics. He holds a PhD (2000) and habilitation (2013) in Physics from Gdańsk University of Technology. His academic career includes roles as assistant professor (2000-2016) and associate professor (2016-2019) before becoming full professor in 2019. He leads the Institute of Physics and Applied Computer Science (2020-2024) and chairs the Division of Electron Collisions Physics.

Education: M.Sc. in Theoretical Physics (University of Gdańsk, 1994), PhD in Experimental Physics (Gdańsk University of Technology, 2000), Habilitation in Physics (2013). Postdoctoral research at University of Sherbrooke (2001-2005) focused on radiobiology. Active in professional organizations including the Polish Physical Society (since 1993) and European Physical Society (since 2018).

Research focuses on electron-molecule interactions: ionization, scattering cross-sections, and quantum chemistry applications. Key areas include biomolecules, semiconductor materials, and radiation effects. Over 60 peer-reviewed publications and multiple Rector Awards for scientific excellence.
