Paweł Bagiński

Paweł Bagiński is a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Humanities, University of Warsaw, and a junior researcher in the project "National Habitus Formation and the Process of Civilization in Poland After 1989: A Figurational Approach", funded by the Polish National Science Centre. His research analyzes Polish media discourse on workplace sexual harassment during the 1990s and 2000s.

His scholarly interests span gender studies, violence, workplace dynamics, affect theory, and the socio-cultural transformations of postsocialism/neoliberalism in Poland. Bagiński has also engaged in international academic exchanges, including a visiting PhD researcher role at the Gender Studies Department of Central European University, Vienna, and received the Dianne Widzinski Visiting Fellowship at the University of Michigan.
