He joined Sussex in 2018 and holds a doctorate from the University of Oxford (2015), followed by a post-doctoral position at Oxford's Department of Economics and Lady Margaret Hall. His research focuses on Microeconomic Theory, including revealed preference theory, monotone comparative statics, large games, and general equilibrium. He has received grants such as the British Academy-funded 'Perception and rationality: On physiological foundations of economic decision-making' (2022–2024).
His teaching activities include courses like Analytical Methods in Economics. Collaborations with notable scholars like Roy Allen, John Quah, and Kevin Reffett have yielded impactful work in economic theory. His research bridges mathematical rigor with behavioral insights, addressing topics from consumer decision-making to strategic interactions in complex systems.
Key contributions include foundational work on revealed preference cycles, comparative statics in linear models, and equilibrium dynamics in large games. His interdisciplinary approach incorporates elements of psychophysics (e.g., just-noticeable difference) and statistical methods to enhance traditional economic models.
