Pauline MARTY

Pauline MARTY is a Researcher at the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT), specializing in territorial dynamics and sustainability. Her work integrates interdisciplinary themes such as bioeconomy, agro-food systems, and urban metabolism governance. She coordinates the BIOREF Erasmus Mundus Master's program, focusing on bioeconomy fundamentals and circular economy principles.

Her research spans three key areas: 1) bioeconomy and agro-food systems' spatial impacts and governance, 2) participatory territorial initiatives for sustainability, and 3) ecological building through local value chains.
