Pauline Anderson

Pauline Anderson is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Strathclyde's Department of Work, Employment and Organisation. Her research focuses on skills ecosystems, green transitions, and the future of work. She has held roles in the OECD Expert Advisory Group and is part of Scotland's Climate Emergency Skills Action Plan steering group.

• Remote/hybrid work dynamics
• Gender equity in emerging green sectors
