Paula Pustułka

Paula Pustułka is a Professor at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences in Warsaw and its Department of Sociology. She leads the Youth Research Center at Centrum LAB and coordinates undergraduate programs in Public Life.

Her research focuses on interdisciplinary youth studies, gender and migration, family sociology, and qualitative longitudinal research ethics. She has secured multiple grants from Poland’s National Science Centre for projects like ULTRAGEN (2021–2024) analyzing youth adulthood transitions during crises, and GEMTRA (2018–2022) studying motherhood across generations.

Recent publications examine topics such as post-Brexit migration, feminist mobilization, and transnational family strategies, reflecting her expertise in Polish migrant communities and intergenerational dynamics. She collaborates with institutions including the University of Leeds, University College London, and OsloMet.
