Paula Gregory

Paula Gregory is a Professor in the Department of Physiology & Anatomy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and serves as Associate Dean for Faculty & Educational Development in the College of Biomedical and Translational Sciences. She has held leadership roles such as Director of Faculty Development at the School of Medicine and Co-Director of the Tulane MSCR program and LACaTS Professional Development Core.

Her research focuses on hereditary cancer predisposition, particularly Lynch Syndrome and colorectal cancer in Cajun populations. Her work bridges cancer genetics, health disparities, and educational program development.

Her scientific awards include NIH T35 funding for medical student research, NCI R25 grants for cancer education, and the NIH Science Education Partnership Award. She has coordinated over 21 sponsored projects and 21 research outputs, emphasizing mentorship and translational science.
