Paula G. Walter is a Professor in the Department of Law at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY. She specializes in Contract Law, Health Law, and Medical Ethical/Legal Issues, with a focus on reproductive rights and informed consent frameworks.

Her research spans constitutional challenges in healthcare, contractual ethics, and real estate law. Recent work includes analysis of Dobbs v. Jackson and Hobby Lobby rulings. She has authored publications on informed consent, medical experimentation, and corporate governance.
In 2016, she received a sabbatical to study the Affordable Care Act. Walter has twice won the Excellence in Teaching Award at Zicklin School of Business (2008, 1995). She serves on multiple committees, including the Strategic Planning Committee for Health Care and the Briloff Prizes in Business Ethics.
