Paula A. Doyle is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Georgetown University's Center for Security Studies (CSS) and Visiting Fellow at the Antonin Scalia Law School. A retired CIA Associate Deputy Director of Operations (as of 2016), she specialized in global HUMINT operations and technology integration. Previously, she led CIA stations in Europe, the Levant, and Asia, and served as Deputy National Counterintelligence Executive, overseeing damage assessments of major leaks like Manning/Wikileaks and Snowden. She also held Foreign Service roles in Latin America and Europe.
