Paul Watkins serves as Artist-in-Residence and Chamber Music faculty at Stony Brook University's Department of Music, while also holding the Ensemble-in-Residence position with the Emerson String Quartet. His institutional affiliations include Music Director of the English Chamber Orchestra (appointed 2009), Principal Guest Conductor of the Ulster Orchestra, and longstanding membership in the Nash Ensemble since 1997.
