Dr. Paul Teske is Distinguished Professor and Dean of the School of Public Affairs at the University of Colorado Denver. A nationally recognized scholar, his research examines education reform, regulatory policy, and urban governance.
Authored award-winning books including 'Choosing Schools' which received the Aaron Wildavsky Award, and 'Pay for Performance Teacher Compensation' analyzing Denver's ProComp system. Current research evaluates portfolio management strategies in Denver Public Schools.
