Paul Rameder

Dr. Paul Rameder is a research associate at the Institute for Nonprofit Management and a senior researcher at the Social Entrepreneurship Center (SEC) at WU Vienna (Vienna University of Economics and Business).

He earned his doctorate (Dr. rer.soc.oec.) in 2014 from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in management and sociology. His academic background includes a Mag.rer.soc.oec. in business administration with focus on behavioral science-oriented management and public administration, plus a Mag.phil. in sports science from the University of Vienna.

Dr. Rameder completed advanced training in supervision, coaching, organizational development (Supervisor - ÖVS), and action-oriented training through Integrative Outdoor Activities®. His research bridges experiential learning methodologies with nonprofit applications, emphasizing community engagement and practical implementation.

His teaching portfolio includes courses on Organizational Behavior and group dynamics, with documented instruction in the Summer Semester of 2020. His work demonstrates strong integration between academic research and practical nonprofit sector applications.

As a senior researcher at the Social Entrepreneurship Center, he contributes to WU Vienna's focus on nonprofit governance and social innovation, working within the academic structure led by Professor Michael Meyer who also heads the Competence Center for Nonprofit Organizations and Social Entrepreneurship.
