Paul Martin Newby

Justice Paul Martin Newby serves as an Adjunct Professor at Campbell University School of Law, teaching State Constitutional Law and Current Appellate Issues while maintaining his position on the North Carolina Supreme Court since 2004. His judicial service includes membership on the North Carolina Courts Commission and instruction at the North Carolina Judicial College.
