Paul M. Percy is a Professor of Management and Leadership and Program Director of the MBA program at Cumberland University's Labry School of Science, Technology, and Business. With over 35 years of professional experience, he has held senior administrative roles including Interim President at Carson-Newman University and Provost at King University, driving significant institutional growth. He earned a B.S. from Houghton College, an MBA from SUNY Buffalo, and a Ph.D. in Business from the University of Kentucky.
His teaching and research focus on leadership, management strategy, organizational development, and entrepreneurial initiatives. Notable achievements include the Ted Russell Distinguished Professor title at Carson-Newman and leadership in academic program expansion, including a 400% enrollment increase at King University.
