Paul Lane

Professor Paul Lane holds the Jennifer Ward Oppenheimer Professorship in the Deep History & Archaeology of Africa at the University of Cambridge's Department of Archaeology. His research spans sub-Saharan Africa with expertise in historical ecology, cultural heritage, and pastoralist societies.
