Paul K. Chaney is a distinguished Professor of Accounting at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, where he has taught for over 30 years. He serves as Area Head of Accounting and holds editorial roles at The International Journal of Accounting. His expertise spans mergers & acquisitions accounting, earnings management, auditor reputation, and audit pricing.
