Paul Harper

Professor Paul Harper is a distinguished academic in the School of Mathematics at Cardiff University, where he holds the position of Professor of Operational Research. With over 110 peer-reviewed publications and £18 million in funded research grants as a named investigator, he has established himself as a leading expert in applying mathematical methods to healthcare systems.
